Dr. William Stephens, DPM
Dr. Stephens is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with advanced training in reconstructive surgery, limb preservation, sports medicine, and trauma care.
After immigrating to the United States from South Africa at a very young age, Dr. Stephens became more involved with various athletics. During senior year of high school he decided to become a podiatrist. After graduating from Justin Northwest High School, Dr. Stephens completed his undergraduate training in Denton at the University of North Texas. Dr. Stephens then received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine credential from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio located just south of Cleveland. He completed his surgical residency at Hackensack Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, New Jersey located just west of New York City. Dr. Stephens returned to his hometown of Justin to serve the community where he grew up. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active through soccer, running, swimming, rock climbing, and values time spent at church, music festivals, and motorsports events.
Dr. Stephens cares for patients of every age, from children to seniors. We offer accessible care and patient-first scheduling options for families, athletes, and seniors. Our office is conveniently located in the northwest Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, serving Northlake, Justin, Rhome, Haslet, Denton, Argyle, and Ponder.

A runner first
Dr. Stephens was one of three tri-sport lettermen in the Justin Northwest High School class of 2008, competing in cross country, track, and soccer. He knows what it takes to balance academics while training, competing, and even how to come back from an injury.
